Visiting Quebec City, and my battery died overnight. They were able to check my vehicle within 30 minutes and were very accommodating and helpful in answering my questions. Highly recommend!

Last Monday I was on the way to Gaspe with my wife and son. We have stopped at Tim Hortons to get some food and noticed extremely low tire pressure in the rear wheel which was undrivable. It was getting late in the day...we quickly googled our options for a repair and driving very slowly ended up at Centre De L'Auto Roch Guillot Beauport. The garage was soon to close but I went in anyways hoping for help. In the office I was welcomed by 2 cute little dogs abd a lady that quickly called a mechanic. Young super nice gentleman came in with a smile and said it was absolutely no problem and he will have it done. He took the car in while we rested outside on chairs near the garage. The leakage in the tyre got fixed and all the tires were even pressured. It was done quickly, very professionally and the young mechanic (sorry, I never got his name) was just an awesome guy. On top of that I was expecting to pay an emergency service price but was extremely surprised with a bill I had no clue could be that low for the work they did!!! If I lived in Quebec city this would be the only place I would go for any car work. Thank you guys for making our trip better!!!!

We had a small issue with our car while traveling abroad, far from home, and they were kind enough to check out our car completely for free! The folks here are so nice and helpful. They even wrote up a description of the issue in English for our home mechanic to look at. Thank you for your time and attention!

I went there following by good reviews that they had but when it comes to work . The quality of the products are really bad I changed the shock absorber. The first time was leaking the part ( after 4 months) The second time the plastic fell down ( after 2 months) I don’t want to waste my time bringing my car here again , and again and stop telling that I’m making it up to have you fix it. I do not need it. Do it well at the first time and I had to pay for other garage to fix it and I’m willing to pay what’s right . I would not recommend this garage to anyone and will not have my car fix here again .

I live in the USA, unfortunately speak very little French, and was staying in the upper town of Old Quebec City. Our 2012 Chevrolet Volt needed a headlight replaced. I contacted this auto service station via their website to find out if they had the part in stock, could do the work while I waited, and the cost. They could not have been more helpful. They were happy to communicate in writing, which was a lot easier for me as I could then use Google Translate to communicate in French, although there was no need to do so as their written and spoken English was excellent. They told me to come to their shop whenever I was ready. I was there within about 30-minutes; they told me to park in a small lot maybe 50 feet from the door; they got my name, phone, key, etc.; and I then had a seat at a small table outside the door. They immediately pulled the car into the shop and were finished within probably 10-minutes. I then paid roughly $25 for the part and $35 for the labor and was on my way. Should we have any other need for service while we are here, this is where I will go. Superb.
