Nous avons déposé notre chien pour 2 nuits. L’arrivée fut assez chaotique et stressante. Je n’ai pas vu les panneaux indiquant que la pension canine se trouve dans le fond du domaine (photos) et malgré ma lecture des consignes sur le site web avant de venir, ça m’est sorti de la tête. En sortant mon chien du coffre, le berger allemand des propriétaires est venu nous voir et a attaqué mon chien. Peut-être que les indications devraient être plus accessibles sur place. Fort heureusement, la propriétaire a su mettre fin et personne n’a été blessé. J’admets que les torts sont partagés et cela ne nous empêchera pas de leur donner une deuxième chance. L’accueil tant à l’arrivée qu’au départ fut correct. J’ai entrevu les enclos, tout était impeccablement propre. Mon chien semblait content de son séjour (même si très heureux de partir ahah). Le domaine est juste magnifique. Nous y retournons assurément.

Got our dog back and she is stained yellow (a white dog) and smells like pee. Not even an apology or notice of it happening to her.. seems like not enough attention or awareness is given.

Great kennel, have left my GSD there multiple times. Staff if always incredible with him. Service is A+ at all times. Price is great as well!
