Not enough great things I could say! Daniel and team were simply the best! Had a last minute need that we were give options within our budget and Daniel truly aimed to fulfill what we needed the way we needed it. Gave great suggestions when we didn't know what we needed as well! Set up/breakdown crew (Benjamin) FANTASTIC and communicative as well. really all around couldn't have asked for a better experience. can' t wait until our next event!!
This review is long overdue, but we were fortunate enough to work with the Centric team for our Annual Academic Summit this past September. The entire experience with Centric was a 12/10. They are friendly, communicative, and intelligent. We were originally going to use the venue's onsite AV company, Encore, which as many know, are not the best to work with. Their quote for what we needed came in way over budget, so I started to look for alternatives. Lucky for me, I found Daniel on Reddit somehow and that's how I got connected with Centric. From day one, they were able to give us better service, better pricing, better everything. Our event had about 500 attendees in person and was live streamed to more online. I've been doing these for quite some time, and have never received feedback from attendees like I did for this event. So many people were beyond impressed with the AV setup and overall production value, including our executives and leadership. Hiring the Centric team took our biggest and most important event to the next level, and we are so grateful. We actually signed a contract to work with them on this event for the next 3 years, which I wouldn't be surprised if we extend even further. After the event, the Centric team was quick to schedule a post event call with us where they asked for detailed feedback on what went right and where they could improve. We were so impressed with their attention to detail and constant pursuit of perfection. They even offered to help with our smaller, local events, which I normally do on my own. Connor, the Centric audio engineer (best in the biz btw - never had audio quality that good), was able to build a 4 channel audio system for me to use at these local events. He saved me $$ on the unit compared to building it myself, and more importantly he saved me a ton of time. The unit was shipped to my office, then plug and play. What more can you ask for? I can't say enough good things about this company. To Daniel, Dustin, Eric, Connor, and the rest of the Centric team, THANK YOU again from all of us here at Worldlink Medical. People are still talking about how awesome that event was, and we can't wait to work with you on the next one!
