Our wine cooler's control board was fried and no replacement boards were available anywhere as the manufacturer stopped making parts for it years ago. Igor not only found all the problems and repaired them, he also improved on the original design! I really did not want to have to send the unit to the landfill as it still looks brand new and was working perfectly fine before the board failure. After months of holding out hope of finding a replacement board, I was about to give up and discard the unit when I found ERC. We are very lucky to have them in the Valley.

ERC is very very knowledgeable, well equipped with repair parts and efficient. Without ever seeing the power supply circuit board prior, Igor was able to predict the problem with my wine refrigerator. Failure was a blown capacitor. Once he examined it, within about five minutes he replaced it with an higher quality one and also tested the board thoroughly to determine the faulty Capacitor had also damaged another component which he also had on hand and replaced. His repair price was very fair and essentially saved me from having to make a $2000 new refrigerator purchase. What a gem ERC is in Phoenix!
