Had a terrible experience with my son at this dentist. The dentist put a large filing on a baby tooth that was already cracked and gray and not worth saving. My son got multiple abscesses and had to have the tooth pulled by another pediatric dentist.

I've been a patient at this dentistry since summer of 2024 and they're inconsistent with their scheduling. For most of my appointments, they have called me a few weeks prior to either change the time or day slightly. It's a bit unusual and has never happened to me at the 5 or so other dentistry practices I've been a patient at. Recently they outright canceled an appointment the day before. They offered to rebook me for an appointment that's over a month later. I've planned for this appointment for months and my insurance coverage is ending soon so this appointment was very crucial to me. I called around to other dentists and they're booked up because it's a busy time of year so the canceling left me in a really unlucky position. Luckily I was able to find another practice last minute but I shouldn't have been put in this position. They recently changed ownership in early August so I thought their scheduling issues might disappear but it doesn't seem like it.

kinda run like an amateur dentist. transferred from another dentist and they couldn't figure out getting my files. came in for an appointment and they cancelled on me,.somehow overbooked, but also only knew moments after i arrived instead of providing any notice.

I have been a recent client and I would not recommend this practice. They didn't research my dental insurance coverage and were overcharging (and defensive about it), luckily I put the insurance on speaker and talked to the receptionist there to get that worked out before they did a a costly and unnecessary procedure. That being said, the hygienists are great and the office is ready to do whatever service you need. Not a fan of the religious and country music that played at my first two apts... but that did not impact my review.

I am not a client so can't speak to their practice. However, I called to ask about getting a second opinion on a procedure and the receptionist, Shay, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to give me guidance and point me in the right direction. It was one of the better customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Thank you so much!
