I love the doctor. He’s very attentive. He listens to what you have to say and he’s on top of giving things done that need to be done for the child. The social worker there and the other ladies that worked there in the office are very attended and very helpful.

The doctor was great, but it took another hour and a half before they attended to us.

It started off horrible with the front desk lady racially profiling us and being extremely rude after she racially profiled us, her name is Marion. But ended great with doctor Rodriguez, he was extremely helpful and kind and did great with helping my son and getting us the correct medications needed. I would like for someone to do something about the rude front desk lady at the Webb clinic, at least let her know she can’t assume that someone only speaks Spanish for the way they look and then not take responsibility for doing exactly that and then blaming me that I said “buenos días” when I was telling her my sons last name like she asked me when I walked in. She then continued to give me an ugly attitude that I had to ask to be seen by someone else, the Second Lady Maria was really nice. I strongly believe Marion should not be working the front desk if she can not accommodate and be friendly with all patients of all races. People like her are one of the problems wrong with this country. I’m sorry but this was not okay by her working in a “multicultural, judgment free” environment. Over all it was great the rest of the staff was really nice and helpful! It was just that one lady.

every time I take my son to his appointment he goes in happy and leaves even happier. His doctor and all the nurses make sure that his visit is a great one with hugs and laughs.

Dr. Castanon is our sons pediatrician and after seeing her at our WCC for 36 month check up, she listened and spent more time with us then the Dr’s are allocated. I appreciate her listening to my concerns and coming up with solutions for myself as a parent and my toddler! I know that’s her job but nowadays everyone in health care rushes you out the door , but not her she cares and really listens !
