Pat at Chicago Heating & Cooling is our savior. Our furnace went out on a night where the temps were down to 18. Pat was responsive and out first thing in the morning and got everything running again. Needed a new inducer fan. Quick polite and the price is right. I’ll be calling Pat again for sure.

Unfortunately I wish I could a better review. After a few promising repairs, the communication between Patrick and our office was extremely spotty. We had a large job that required a deposit, which was given. After weeks of back and forth, the property owner decided to get another vendor due to the urgency of the repair. We requested our deposit back and never received confirmation of it's return. Very disappointing.
