I hired Chism Brothers to do some exterior painting at my house. The experience was great. They came out to my house to take a look and discuss the project and returned a quote to me within a few days. From there, it was quick and smooth to schedule and finish the job. The results are great and the workers were very respectful of our space.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM. My neighbors hired this company to stain our shared cedar fence, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. I worked directly with Grant, who assured me multiple times that the fence would be fully stripped of the previous stain before any new stain was applied. This was a major part of the agreement and it did not happen. We only agreed to move forward with the semi-transparent stain he recommended because he guaranteed that the old stain would be removed and that the new product would cover evenly. Instead, the previous stain was not stripped and is clearly visible through the new coat, leaving the fence patchy and inconsistent. To make matters worse, the oil-based stain that was applied was not properly sealed, which defeats the purpose of using that product in the first place. I recently had my own crew stain another section of the same fence after fully stripping it to bare wood, and the difference in quality is dramatic. The work completed by this company is noticeably lighter, uneven, and simply not what was promised. I also called the company directly to understand what needed to happen to address the issues under their 2-year workmanship warranty. The woman who answered the phone told me I was the only one with a problem and that nothing would be done. This response made it clear that the company has no intention of standing behind its work. When I reached back out to Grant, he told me the job “looked good,” and then stopped responding. Between the poor workmanship, the misleading commitments, and the refusal to honor their own warranty, it is clear this company does not care about customers or quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Wonderful Company to work with from start to finish Chism has now painted two houses for us and both jobs were nothing less than perfection. The crews are very meticulous and detailed oriented.

I have used Chism Brothers on two recent paint projects, and I’ve been thrilled both times with the process and results. Everything from the initial contact to the finished project to the cleanup was superb. Highly recommended for their customer service, professionalism and the high quality of their work!

As new homeowners we were a little lost on how to go about getting our kitchen cabinets painted, but Chism Brothers Painting made the process extremely easy for us by providing high-quality work and service. We shopped around quotes from a few businesses and found Chism Brothers to be very affordable, and very informative. Every employee we talked with was kind, responsive, and very helpful answering our questions. Our project manager Ricardo was an absolute standout as he was very responsive, sent several project updates, and had our job done in just a few days. We absolutely love how our kitchen and front door look, and we would absolutely recommend Chism Brothers Painting with the highest praise. Working with them was a wonderful and easy experience!
