I feel like all auto shops overcharge and this place definitely does. However they do a phenomenal service and they offer payment plan options for those who may need it. The customer service is top notch I needed some work done on my car, they gave me a ride to work. With their shuttle service. I left my lunch in my car and they had someone bring me my lunch when I told them multiple times they didn’t have too. But they went above and beyond, and brought me my lunch. They even picked me up after work when my car was done and they even worked with me over the phone with all communications via text and phone calls with any questions or concerns I had prior to getting the work done because like I said, I do feel like it was a lot of money for a repair that was only gonna tae an hour. However, that comes with larger known repair shops. So with that being said… do I want to spend more money no! But will I come here again knowing i might spend more? Yes! They know what they’re doing and like I said the customer service was top tier.
My expectations over exceed with Christian brother automotive. They get you in very quickly for an appointment, the staff greet you with a warm comforting way and a smile on their face, and in my opinion that goes a long way. They are very thorough going over the services you are there for. The wait is not long at all but also I think that depends on how busy of a day it is, but no complaints here. I would recommend them to friends, family members, strangers. Absolutely. I will also only use them to service my vehicle. And their prices are fair. They're not trying to rip you off or take advantage of your finances.
I used to go to Sun Devil Auto (four visits there), but after coming here, the difference is huge. I got service here yesterday, and honestly, I’m relieved. From the second I walked in, the whole team at Christian Brothers Automotive made me feel like I was joining their family/friend group. Everyone introduced themselves by first name, and the atmosphere was super welcoming and comfortable. The customer service was incredible. Every employee I talked to was knowledgeable, helpful, and even pretty funny as we all mutually shared jokes. They explained everything clearly and made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. The vehicle service itself was fast and smooth, and the complimentary shuttle was insanely quick— I pulled out my laptop and they were already set to take me home (20 min away). Something that really stood out to me: they don’t charge an upfront diagnostic fee if nothing is wrong with your vehicle. That alone separates them from about 99% of other shops that still charge you even when nothing needs to be fixed. It honestly says a lot about their values and how they treat customers. This was a true 10/10 experience for me as a first-time customer, and I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future service needs. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Christian Brothers. I was greeted promptly after walking through the front door. During the intake, Rebecca listened to all my concerns and took her time to ensure all my concerns were well documented. I had planned on using their shuttle service after dropping off my car but since the shuttle had left, the manager offered to give me a ride so I didn't have to wait! I was impressed bc this is something I know others will not do. Once the mechanic completed the assessment, they text me a link with notes and pictures to support their findings. and gave me time to review everything. I called and Rebecca and she answered all my questions and explained all the recommendations in detail. She wasn't pushy nor did she try to upsell. When it was time to pick her up, Noah was super helpful & pulled her up to the front door. I know from experience at other places, that is something that others will not do. It was kinda cool to get front door service. I believe their pricing is fair and honest. However, it's important to keep in mind that car issues can add up quick depending on your vehicle make. My advice to anyone is to get educated on your vehicle maintenance needs and on the basics of repairs so that with the help of your advisor, you can make an educated decision.
