He was friendly enough and communicated well when he was late. It all went downhill from there.... He arrived and did the initial walk around, and I told him my expectations of a car dealership FULL detail as I was selling the car. He confirmed and confirmed the price. Fast forward to the car being "Done. "... He didn't wax or buff... anything. He replied he thought I meant just a spray wax. And that is all he did. Spray with a hose and squirt shine on things. Saying the service I wanted would be an extra $150 on top of the $300 he wanted. He was all about just getting paid and leaving. He even looked at me, annoyed that I was considering the $150. But he did a lazy job on the wash part. As pictured, there is dust and grit in most small areas. I thought I found a new detail guy. But he overcharged and very much underperformed. Playing dumb when he knew my expectations beforehand just hurt. It was a bait and switch. Because I would have passed altogether if he had been transparent, and I feel like he knew that. Feels like he either just didn't show up to actually work today or the positive reviews are people unaware that the quality is "meh." He even left garbage in my driveway... It only annoys me because he even commented that nothing was that bad. And being a cop car with rubber mat instead of carpet, it would be "easy" Next time, I guess I'll just go to the car wash😞
I should have taken before pictures, because the vehicle was a mess! Danny arrived on time to my home he was very polite and clear with what I was to expect from him. The interior is now so fresh and clean smelling and feels good to touch. No more sticky hard surfaces and feels like it did when the vehicle was 1st purchased. The outside has been scrubbed down top to bottom the rims looks amazingly clean and the entire vehicle has been brought back to life. Thanks for the great service! He definitely saved me time and energy. I am grateful that I was able to avoid the hassle of dropping off and picking back up. Didn’t have to worry about being stuck somewhere while the work was being done. I’ve gone to corporate detailers and have not received as good of work. Danny took his time, but also did it in a timely manner. Small business have pride and it shows in his work!
