Poor work Worst detailing service I’ve ever got in my life terrible job would not recommend at all they charge me $250 for a detail and the only thing they did was vacuum shampoo, the driver seat, and ran it through the tunnel Windows were not wiped down. Wheels were not clean. They told me I have to pay extra for all of that cupholders were still dirty. And they broke the plastic pillar in the truck and said it’s not their fault

I just paid almost $60 for a full service car wash and they missed so much. Make sure to do several walk arounds of your vehicle before leaving the facility. Seats were not wiped down. The backseat was never vacuumed or touched. They pretty much just did the driver's side and passenger side and left everything else. I took everything out of my trunk and left the seats up so they would have access to everything in the backseat, but it was never touched or the trunk. Waste of money

The self service part of the car wash is the worst in the Gilbert area of all the Cobblestones. The quality of the wash is not good, plus they are consistently short on towels and when they do have them they do the lazy man put the new damp ones on the top and leave the older ones that are none drive. They simply do not care. I asked a guy for help with getting towels and he said there was none, sorry. I walked down to the other end and noticed towels in the last two stalls and of course bone dry which was no help with my spotty cleaning from the machine. Off to Lindsay and Germann where they care about their good name. For the young kid who didn’t want to help, just remember it’s not about pleasing the boss it’s about pleasing the people paying the fees, you never know who you might impress and give you shot for a much higher paying job. I hire good people all the time and could have doubled your salary in a year easily.

This car wash itself doesn't operate properly, GM answer is "because of type of vehicle" yet I go down the road to Val Vista and Baseline and that car wash gets the whole vehicle. Despite the convenience of this location on Sundays, I refuse to return to this location at this time.
