The employees are very pushy about selling memberships and do not let me buy just a single wash without what feels like a fight. Twice I have given in to signing up for a membership and immediately canceling, and twice the membership has not actually been canceled! Each time I've had to call customer service to get erroneous charges reversed. The first time they gave me a courtesy refund but the second time they refused to take responsibility for their misleading practices and I am out $40. The wash quality is good, the vacuums work well, and the microfiber towels available at the vacuums are great, but the customer service is awful. Maybe if you actually want and would use a membership it's a good deal but I won't be buying one.
