Cofman Townsley is a great law firm to go with in my opinion. Tom Wall was off the charts in keeping me updated & informed. Both Tom Wall & his assistants were very helpful in guiding me through the process & making sure my medical issues were addressed. When they were not in office or with another client, they were always prompt in returning my calls or answering my questions, either by phone call, text or email… and by “prompt” I mean they got back to me within a few minutes or sometime that day or the very NEXT day at the latest. Also, when I submitted any info or updated my medical care, all I had to do was text a number they gave me, I’d text the update & it automatically went into my file …as simple as that. I never felt rushed and Tom was always very courteous & appreciative of any input I had to offer & he expressed that gratitude. I couldn’t be more pleased with the services of Tom Wall & Cofman & Townsley. I’d recommend Tom Wall to anyone for great legal counsel & representation. Thank you, Tom! :)

My name is Cherry Cuffie and I would like to share with you about my experience with CoffmanNTownsley. my case started in 2022 andfrom From the day of my settlementthe I Ihave had four lawyers and I don’t know how many paralegals, but I became very dissatisfied due to the fact that I did not want to call continuously and harass the people that were handling my case and felt like I should get a call periodically letting me know of the progress that was being made so by this time, I had decided if anything ever happened and I needed a lawyer in the future I would not deal with CoffmanNTownsley, but to my surprise the last call I received from a different lawyer was Derrick Thrasher and Kim. And at that time, I was going through a lot taking care of my 87-year-old mother and trying to help my daughter who had been diagnosed a few months ago with lung cancer I was very overwhelmed and began to think about. I wish something would happen with my case because I became financially disabledI and getting the call from Derrick Thrasher Did not mean anything to me because all I thought was here I go again I had stopped calling about any progress being made on my case, but to my surprise, GOD sent me two angels Derrick and Kim one or the other would call me periodically to let me know how things were going. I was very impressed with their professionalism They made me feel like they cared. I am truly grateful to them and although Derrick was handling my case, I know that he was very busy, but my angel Kim was always there. I cannot really remember a time where I called left a message and they did not get back to me immediately. Todd Nissenholtz is a really great lawyer. We really appreciated the communication and honesty he showed us all throughout our case. He explained everything to us in a way that we could understand. He was assertive in the case when it was necessary and that helped us win our case. His paralegal, Kelly Brauweiler, treated us like family. :) She went out of her way to be sure we were informed of what was going on with the case, even when working from home and not feeling well. Sometimes, we felt like the wait was really long for answers, and I am sure they knew our frustrations, but Kelly was so kind, patient, and helpful to answer those questions as soon as the answers were available.
