I called Brown and crouppen explained my situation to them, they put me on hold for about 2 minutes came back I spoke to someone else explain my whole situation out they listened to me and ask for few information within an hour I only explained or my situation someone took my statement, called me about my case took down information set up an appointment with an adjuster I got to admit they handled everything pretty fast no kidding ASAP can't come up with any better acronyms, precise straight to business no joke, that's what I've been looking for.
