Jeremey and William were sooo great! The communication was on point. I was nervous that they weren’t going to be able to find the loading dock since it was on lower wackier but these guys are pros and we’re able to find the location with no questions asked. Not only were they super professional but they did an amazing job in this FREEEEZING weather. It was my first time moving and they both made the move so much more easier and stress free. Although I hope I never have to move- I’ll deff be requesting these guys again.

I was nervous about moving out of state but my sister and her son both used Collins Movers so I did, too. The service and attention I received were phenomenal. When I had an issue with accessing my inventory, the owner called outside of office hours and spent almost an hour on the phone with me in order to help! The office people were very helpful and friendly. The move itself was stressful as some moves are, mainly for me, as Collins Family moved me like I was family. The guys were great! hard working and fast! Even in the oddest weather. One day rain and almost 50, next day, freezing in the 20s. Weather played no part in the move. They’re fast, reliable and dependable. A+ service all around.

William, Jeremy, and Jesus did a great job today moving items on behalf of the after-school program I help run. The origin location had 5 flights of stairs and they had to carry a Canon copier plus a 7 XL bookshelves from the 3rd and 4th floors with no elevator at the origin. At no time did they complain, and they kept cheery and communicative throughout. William was an excellent crew chief and had excellent customer service and knowledge of the moving process and paperwork. I also appreciated that everything from the move booking to the paperwork and payment was handled electronically. I got multiple email confirmations, a text message confirmation the day before, and a phone call an hour before the driver arrived...all good things to help alleviate any anxiety of if the movers are going to show up or not. Also shoutout to John Cabangis, the manager who helped book my move, and who also helped workout some discounts when he found out we were a nonprofit charity.

I had a great experience using Collins Family Movers! I purchased an antique dining set from Karrot. The furniture was located in Naperville, IL and I live in Chicago, so this was quite a distance to travel. I was informed about everything that was happening every step of the way from Richard because there were a few hiccups along the way but they did a great job delivering the furniture. Scheduling a date was seamless. They were very competitive with the pricing, especially for going such a long distance. The china cabinet was pretty large and at first 2 movers were thought to be ok but Richard recommended that 3 might be needed to deliver to my apartment. I live in a flat on the second floor and there are 2 flights of stairs. They were great at getting everything upstairs. It was all well packaged and nothing broken or damaged. They set everything up in the dining room and we had a good laugh about the “touch” light switch in the cabinet. They were really great guys and I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be using their services again!

Had an absolutely great and seamless experience with Collins Family Movers. The quoting and booming process was easy and transparent. Leading up to the move I got a reminder of a arrival time and how to prepare. On the actual move, Miguel and his team were timely, professional and nice. They openly communicated and asked how I would like certain things moved and in the new place they helped me situate different layouts. All positive over here and great to support a local crew.
