First, Juliana and Benjamin are exceptionally personable and honest people – I think we spent the first hour discussing my relationship with my life companion and his connection to his building. Second, I really liked their sales strategy. They proposed showing the building to a network of people they knew to get feedback on the building and its pricing. The building did not need to be empty using this approach, which was a HUGE benefit to me, since I think my partner still had the first T-shirt he ever owned! (Translation, the cleanout of his building had the potential to be a lengthy nightmare!) I had an offer two days following agreement on the listing contract, with no one having walked through his property! I believe we obtained the highest price available, and there were many benefits associated with selling to a developer, one with whom Juliana and Benjamin had prior experience. When there were “ruffles” in negotiations, Juliana and Benjamin delivered 100% of the time. Benjamin even assisted me with lifting a huge chest down from high in the garage! Talk about full service!
Juliana and Benjamin work very hard for their clients, are entirely ethical and forthcoming and are genuinely super-nice people! I cannot recommend Juliana and Benjamin more highly, and I will use them again and again!

We had the opportunity to work with Benjamin, Juliana and Kim at all stages of the process; between organizing tours, gathering relevant market information, closing our deal and more, their team was always ready and eager to help. We started our condo search in December 2024 and finally closed in August 2025, so it was definitely a long journey — but through it all, the Yeager Team was patient, supportive, and never pressured us to settle on something that didn’t feel right.
When we finally found the perfect place we couldn’t pass up, the team did everything they could to make it happen, even leveraging personal connections to help us close the deal. Their experience, dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference.

From the very beginning, Juliana & Benjamin were extremely thorough and informative. They talked us through the entire process of selling our condo so we knew what to expect. They were extremely communicative and prepared as well. From establishing the best timeline to photos/drone videos, listing price etc.. it is evident that they are EXPERTS and the best of the best. We felt very comfortable defaulting to their guidance for all decisions.
When we listed our home, they had many showings scheduled the following day, a packed open house that weekend and received multiple over asking offers that same weekend. They executed perfectly! This was our first time selling a home and truly could not have asked for a better experience and outcome, we are so glad we worked with the Yeager team!!!!!
