I am remiss in leaving this review, but it's been due to health issues. Fortunately all is well now, and I am happy to report a very positive experience with Complete Automotive Repair in June of 2025. On a drive from Florida to Michigan, our 2022 Telluride intermittently was overheating. We managed to drop it off to Complete Automotive Repair, and then got a rental for our Michigan destination and return to Lexington. The Complete Automotive team pressure-tested for leaks, checked all hoses and clamps, and diagnosed that the water pump had failed. The repair was done excellently and we were relieved that the cost was reasonable. My husband and I highly recommend this company. Their professionalism and kindness were exceptional.
Had a clutch replaced here on an aging Mazda sedan about 6 months ago. Gave it some time to make sure everything is good and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Saved me about 50% of the cost the dealer would have charged me and replaced a motor mount & serviced the flywheel in the process. I'll definitely be back for service & repairs, they treated me extremely well! 5⭐'s all day!
Cannot recommend this place enough for all your car needs. They are incredible humans who really care about the community and go above and beyond for the people they serve. As someone who doesn’t understand cars, I know I can always trust them to be honest with what work needs to be done and to give fair estimates.
Old Man John was a joy to work with! I was following my friend and. Priced ahead had a braking out. Complete Auto Repair was close by and noticed they were woman and veteran owned! Great experience with John and owner Lydia! I’m going g to start bro find my cars here instead of dealership. Thank you so much for replacing her bulbs and making her feel safe!!!
I can’t give enough praise to this shop! They have pretty much rebuilt my 1995 Ford F150 Eddie Bauer Special. It started with an engine replacement and they have replaced everything from the transmission to shifter cable and pulleys and custom made transmission coolant lines (don’t make them anymore to buy had to be made to fix the issue) gas tank and fuel pumps, and many other things. I’m sure they are tired of seeing this old thing in their garage but they have saved me many times as it is my daily driver. Always prompt with getting me in and they don’t hold back on what they charge and why. All their work is top quality and customer service to rival any shop! All work is warrantied and the warranty work is handled with as much care as initial work. If I could be a rolling billboard for them I would! Thank you for keeping me on the road!
