The doctors are mid. ZERO transparency on costs. Their billing department will send you a bill with no explanation months after a consultation. Complaint filed with BBB.

Good luck trying to ever get a response from this office. I tried three times: waited for 15 minutes on hold, used the automated system to request a call back, and completed a request for an appointment online. It has been several days with no response. It is a bummer because the doctors seem very qualified, skilled, and knowledgable...but that doesn't matter when your office staff isn't functioning. Just posting as a warning to anyone who may have an immediate health issue. Don't put your health in jeopardy waiting for a call back from this office.

Choosing this place was a mistake. I paid hundreds of dollars and yet saw absolutely no results. It's the worst place I've ever been to; maybe they have the credentials, but they certainly don't have the solution. Katie is a nice lady, but zero results. 😢😢😢❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌
