Yvonne really took the time to make me comfortable and explained everything thoroughly as she progressed through a very much needed full body massage and stretch session. I had purchased a Groupon voucher and called the spa to schedule an appointment but no one answered. About two hours later, I received 3 calls and the following text messages. I don’t believe their last comment was professional, friendly, or necessary. I ended up cancelling my voucher and will not consider them in the future. As a first time potential client I don’t think this kind of communication is welcoming.
