My daughter had purchased a desktop computer on Amazon about a year and a half ago. Needless to say the hard drive went bad. We bought it to computer pros and Alex greeted us with kindness and understanding. Their policy of waiving the diagnostic fee if you approve the repair was a huge blessing. My daughter is 17 and not only uses her computer for school and fun, she also uses it to earn money by streaming who playing video games. They had the repair completed in less than 24 hours. However when we got it home we realized that the original seller had not provided the product key for her Microsoft operating system. We called computer pros and left a slightly desperate message. The owner called us back within minutes. We brought the computer back and he helped us get completely back up and running again within minutes. Everyone that we had contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help. We are extremely grateful for the excellent service and support we received and we will definitely be back for any future computer challenges. Thank you all. I apologize I forgot the owners name but I can’t thank you enough.

I am so happy with this company. I had a lot of issues with my desktop computer. Brian came out and fixed everything. The price was right too. He knows his stuff and was very friendly and personable as well. I will be using Computer Pros from now on.

I was visiting from Florida. I broke the screen on my laptop. They could fix it but not before I had to leave. They suggested I buy a new one. Since I wasn't familiar with the area they suggested a place nearby that sells computers. I asked them if I brought the new one back could they transfer everything from my broken one. I'm nearly 79 so I didn't want to attempt it. I brought the new one to them. The salesman sold me one that doesn't store data. Computer Pros checked the stores website and found one that fit my needs, printed the information and told me to hand it to the salesman. I had the new one in the car within minutes and headed back to Computer Pros. I felt that they went out of their way to help me. They were so nice. I highly recommend them.

My dad has been getting his computer serviced here for awhile and brought me to their location to get my computer fixed. They were super friendly, remembered my dad to the point he knew my dad had two kids and I was the youngest, and they had my laptop completely fixed within a few hours! The best part is that it was a hard drive issue and they were able to save all my data! Whatever would I have done if my sims files were gone! The horror! But, sincerely, i completely recommend them!
