Kyle did an amazing job fixing the HDMI port on my son's PS5. We dropped it off yesterday, and he had it repaired in just one day. He was very polite and professional throughout the process. Additionally, pricing was much better than other companies I contacted, most of which quoted a turnaround time of over a week. I will definitely recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair to others.

Kyle is truly the best. We came by last week after my phone suddenly started dying. It was extremely stressful as my work requires my phone for 2FA authentication. We walked in, Kyle got a new battery and fixed it up in hours. Then it started acting funny again! We came back - he took a look and even replaced a proximity sensor that was going haywire at no cost! He even kept it for us and ran test after test to make sure everything was solid, noticing one of my apps was eating up my battery and potentially wearing down my phone, causing all of these issues. He even stopped and fixed my husband’s phone after we mentioned the jack being a little loose. Cleaned it up and passed it back to us in a few minutes! All at no additional expense and still being the nicest guy the entire time! I don’t like writing reviews, but I’ve seriously never ever been treated so respectfully and thoughtfully ANYWHERE. It was like chatting with a friend. My entire family will be coming here for as long as Kyle is around. Thank you so much for taking care of us!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I came in to get my screen replaced on my phone (led/glass) ended up opting for a new battery. Price was more than fair for the high quality of work, I basically have a brand new phone. Edit: I forgot to mention, after the initial consultation where we talked over what I wanted done and ordered parts, he got the job done in about an hour!
