Computer technician, Kevin, was awesome 👍🏾. Able to make phone contact with him right away, he made himself accessible, diagnosed my computer issues with precision and transparency, explained everything along the way and didn’t overcharge. My archaic computer was fixed in just a couple of hours while I waited. I highly recommend Kevin to service any computer issues you encounter. 🙌🏿

Upon coming to Kevin’s establishment I was shocked because I was expecting a standalone business. Nevertheless, I waited for Kevin outside. On the phone he was kind and sounded eager to help. He looked at my broken power button laptop and said it would take about 10-15 minutes to figure out that the issue was. He gave me a fair/extremely affordable rate and told me it could take about 30 mins or less to fix. Kevin called me back to pickup my laptop within 15 minutes and said it was fixed! I’m extremely grateful for his knowledge, efficiency and transparency throughout this SHORT process lol.

For myself that knows nothing about laptops. Kevin is the person to get the job done. Our MacPro was fixed within an hour, easy drop off and pick up. He's very knowledgeable and informative on products. Very attentive and patient with answering any questions. I recommend him 100%
