I was able to walk in and get an appointment right at 8 am. They checked my vitals and were able to prescribe an antibiotic for the infection in my tooth that was spreading

Every time I have been here has been a great experience no matter what I am being seen for. From the front desk to nursing staff, and the doctors. They are all very friendly.

I keep having trauma of my past visit at this location. The So called doctor Nichole Knight. She asked me to check myself for a hernia bulge. She didn't want to touch me apparently. That's what she gets paid for. My eyes were very red. I asked her are you going to look at my eyes. She said no it PROBABLY from a lack of sleep without checking them. A professional would have took out the pocket flashlight and took a look. Yes I'm Black so thst explains everything..

A literal nightmare clinic. You could be dying and they’d stare at you like one of those SpongeBob side character fishes still trying to verify your information as you’re going into cardiac arrest. I tweaked my back, I have spinal stenosis and I was in so much pain I couldn’t move from the ground, in the worst pain of my adult life, dizzy and with breathing difficulty, I was crying and hysterical on the phone (thinking I could go because my boyfriend was doing work in the garage). I literally scared for my life because of my breathing screamed “help me,” and the woman in response asked to verify my asdress..AFTER I have already given her my full name and phone number. The triage nurse then told me when I asked “please, what can/should I do right now that will help me” she curtly said she can’t diagnose over the phone and told me to call 911. NO advice whatsoever, no doctor called, no CARE or URGENCY. USELESS employees. …But hey, they have my correct phone number and that’s all that matters!!!! :) Grade: F

The PA I saw (Melissa) was outstanding. I had a fever and was sweating through the hospital gown (sorry TMI) and she brought me a cup of ice chips which was super thoughtful. The service was quick and thorough. I received a breathing treatment in the spot and immediately felt better. Would highly recommend!
