Staff treats you as an individual not just a number or a job. Very knowledgeable in their fields of practice as well as in the ways of the world all while providing the best medicine possible….. a smile, with empathy and kindness that’s real and rare. Keep up the good work, and thank you.

Not one to typically do reviews but the service I received here was amazing. Marissa was the sweetest!! Along with many other of the women working there they treated me with such gentle and amazing care 10/10. 🤍

I was referred here by my provider for an x-ray after my appointment. When I arrived I noted the facility was very clean both inside and out. I was promptly greeted by a very courteous and professional staff member. Waiting time was minimal. There were water, coffee, and snacks available for patients. Very nice. All of my interactions with staff were very pleasant and professional. Opportunities for questions were offered by staff. A very impressive experience. I rate it at A++. Nice job!

Went with my sister for an issue she is having and Dr. O’Donnell was very interesting to say the least. He made an inappropriate comment to my sister when she told him her previous cancer diagnosis, questioning the treatment method she went through. He gave us no help and told us that an urgent care couldn’t help even though we ended up going to Corwell urgent care and they were able to help us…He is extremely rude and overall just off putting. I’m a very non confrontational person but he made it to the point I had to address his bedside manner. Otherwise the ladies working were all very nice and helpful.

Physicians Assistant was more interested in sharing his political agenda on high fructose corn syrup than diagnosing or solving any problems. (Yes HFCS is bad, I agree) He had no idea what Pedilyte was, didn't think testing for covid or the flu was necessary -- I had to insist--because "you can't fix it anyway, you just have to go back to work and tough it out" Dude, Im here to make sure something isn't seriously wrong, could you just check? Amazing they can charge so much for no value returned and poor bedside manner. If vitals are fine, I don't think he'd have cared if I'd had the bubonic plague. They basically just check your pulse and send you on your way.
