I can’t say how much I loathed the service here Such a cute boutique, with a fun selection of clothes and accessories but the people that work here are doing a disservice to the owner that started this store from a pop up shop several years ago. Rude, unhappy, and snobby! All things I’m sure weren’t listed on their resumes but are prevalent as soon as you walk in My daughter asked the sales girl ( about same age. Low 30s) if a dress she had on looked okay. She said “no let me show you what it should look like” (proceeds to get a magazine with that dress on a model). I exclaimed “No. we don’t want to see a model wearing the dress!” We went on to several other shops on Congress and had amazing experiences.

Love the brand selection, but the staff was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Asking a simple question felt like an inconvenience, as though we were interrupting their social hour. I would have happily made a purchase, but based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

Immediately when I walked into the store I could tell the vibe was terrible. Both women working just stared straight at me, but didn't offer any greeting or hello. This seemed highly unusual for Austin, as every other shop I visited the staff were extremely friendly. When I spoke up and said hello and smiled, both women still just stared back and didn't say anything. I was shocked. I did one quick lap around the store and left. I am more than happy to spend my money elsewhere. The clothes all seemed like cheap polyester junk anyway.

If your are looking to purchase from this store I would suggest going elsewhere. I recently made a purchase. The item was faulty. After just one use it completely ripped and had lose threads. I proceeded to send an email. That was never answered. Then called them and was told there was nothing they could do because I wore the item. The item was a Frankie’s bikini skort. It was not exactly cheap. Being that they sell items from other brands I would suggest buying from the brands directly as this store will not help you in cases like these. Don’t make the same mistake I did and buy from the cove. Buy directly from the brand.

Cute storefront & ambiance. Once we walked in, we said hello and the dude at the counter said zip, nada. Noticed other patrons who walked in and recieved a cold welcome. Don't shop here if you're larger than a size 4-6 because their clothing sizes are limited. Shop at Nor** for *some* similar brands where you'll be treated with actual customer service. This review is based on a Monday afternoon visit on 4/25/22.
