I called to ask about a virtual interior design appointment because the online form didn’t work. The associate who picked up the phone asked me to email him the details, including desired delivery dates, so he can coordinate an appointment with himself or a colleague. He never responded, despite providing a number of available times for the appointment. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of service.

We had a wonderful experience hear this morning! Simone helped us navigate through getting a new C&B card so we could take advantage of discounts and Ami helped us figure out the technical glitches so we could use it for today's purchase. They were both very helpful and patient and we had delightful conversation while we worked through the obstacles. The rest of the team was helpful as well as we walked the expansive second floor full of furniture. Thanks Ami, Simone, and the CB team on Mass Ave! We'll be back...

One star is because to save money Crate and Barrel and CB2 changed their credit card to IMPRINT.CO which is an OFF SHORE COMPANY where the employees use THEIR OWN COMPUTERS to record YOUR PRIVATE FINANCIAL and PERSONAL information. Avoid being a scam victim. BOYCOTT Crate and Barrel and CB2 until they change back to a reputable bank in USA who handles your personal and financial information legally and properly.
