Receptionist was very rude over the phone and hung up on me when I called to ask simple questions regarding doing business with them. I work in property management and figured it'll be nice to have somewhere safe and close for them to bring their pets. I called back and she said "don't call here anymore." I will call again tomorrow and ask for management.

I am so thankful that I found Happy Paws - Stefanie and her wonderful staff. My puppy, Satchmo has such a good time with all of the folks that work there and his doggie friends! This is a great place to get healthy, fun socialization for your dog. I appreciate them so much!

Staff is rude. They act like it’s a burden when you call and ask questions. All I did was ask for the manager I was inquiring to tell them they did a great job with my doggo the other day. She acted like talking to the manager was a sacred gift or something. Then she said she couldn’t hear me and put me on hold for like 20 min. Their cool people but the receptionist has to chill on her attitude.

I have been taking my dog to Happy Paws for boarding and daycare for about eight years now. Happy Paws is an amazing facility with incredible staff. They love my dog as much as I do! Happy Paws has also gone above and beyond in helping me in last minute situations and is always fantastic on a daily basis. I do not trust anyone else to watch or take care of my dog.
