I mean, it's a Crunch and comes with all the downsides that a Crunch has. Overcrowding at times, annoying as hell salespeople, and gym goers with poor etiquette. Crunch has seared "Do your kick off yet boss?" into my brain until the day I die. If I had a sleep paralysis demon, it would be a Crunch trainer. This is the first Ive been to that hides some of the saftey equipment for the racks. They keep the clips at the front desk for some reason. I'm sure that the 12.99 the owners are trying to save from being stolen is worth some shy newbie lifting too heavy without clips and getting injured. Also, for the love of all that is holy, whoever has their phone hooked up to the speakers on the weekends, please turn off your notifications. I can tolerate the same Kendrick song being played three times an hour, but not if it gets interrupted by "Kelly has a message" every 30 seconds. Other than that, it has a good number of racks. So thats nice.
This gym has such an amazing vibe, and a huge part of that is thanks to Mariana. The music she plays always keeps the energy high, and she brings so much positivity every day. She’s always smiling, friendly to everyone, and makes everyone feel welcome. Truly one of the reasons I love coming here! Thank you Mariana!
I’ve had an amazing experience at Crunch Fitness and can confidently say it’s one of the best gyms I’ve been a member of. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff who genuinely care about the members and the overall atmosphere of the gym. Everyone—from the front desk team to the trainers—is approachable, helpful, and always willing to answer questions or offer support. One of the biggest highlights for me is how clean and well-maintained the facility is. The equipment is consistently wiped down, the locker rooms are spotless, and there’s a clear effort to keep everything organized and sanitary. It really makes a difference when you can focus on your workout in a clean, comfortable environment. The gym itself has a great vibe—motivating without being intimidating. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who’s been working out for years, Crunch Fitness makes you feel welcome. There’s a wide variety of equipment and classes, so it never feels boring or repetitive. The layout is spacious, which helps even during busy hours. Overall, Crunch Fitness does an excellent job creating a positive, energetic, and inclusive environment. The friendly staff, clean facility, and great atmosphere make it a place I actually look forward to coming to. I highly recommend Crunch Fitness to anyone looking for a gym that truly cares about its members and delivers a great experience every time.
Not all Crunches are bad, but this one is. I wasn’t going to write a review at first but now I feel like I should after reading about people having similar experiences. Firstly, the staff here WILL harass you about doing a free training session and/or signing up for training. After working front desk at a gym myself for a long time, I am too aware of the fact that gyms like Crunch’s entire business model relies on creating scenarios where you’re obligated or locked into paying for stuff and then, creating a competitive dynamic amongst the staff to outsell each other. I’m writing this because after being approached about training multiple times, I agreed to doing some with this trainer that I’ll kindly not name because I thought she was genuinely nice and cool. When signing me up, she did not tell me there was 3 month minimum training obligation, she used a bunch of language about “being able to fit around your schedule and finances to make things work” and that we could adjust as needed. Never once was there a verbal “This is 3 month minimum commitment.” When I went into cancel after a month and being hit with a massive financial obligation, I was absolutely dumbfounded to find out I still had at 2 months I HAD to pay for, billing me over $100 every other week. It gets worse though: When I confronted her about it, there was 0 accountability. Just a lot of “I’m sorry you felt that way” versus “I’m sorry I wasn’t upfront or fully transparent” - just fully throwing it back in me like it’s my fault. I’m lucky that her manager was willing to decrease my payment amounts, but still would not cancel it for me despite being fully deceived here. All in all, go to Crunch, just DONT GO TO THIS ONE.
I've been going to this gym for a bit now, and while it's super convenient to get to, I've found it to be a bit too busy for my liking. The equipment and facilities are really nice, but it's often crowded, which can make it tough to get a good workout in. Overall, it's a solid gym, but the busy-ness might be a drawback for some. Would still recommend for its location and amenities, but be prepared for the crowds!

Your friendly neighborhood gym with top-notch equipment and a welcoming atmosphere for all fitness levels.
