Cryotherapy has been very effective for me and the whole body cryo treatment helps with all the aches and pains that come with aging. I get additional relief from the Leg Compression Therapy and Decompression Traction Therapy they offer. The staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about all the services CryoNation offers. It's always a pleasure to go in for a session and I always leave feeling great!

They're so nice here! I've been here twice already. Once when my husband got a localized treatment and today. I walked in and instantly felt welcome. I was nervous about Cryo but they were very reassuring and I just felt supported. I definitely recommend this location!

Fantastic experience, fantastic equipment, and certainly fantastic staff. Been struggling with chronic back and leg pain since college due to athletics. My 1 hour appointment made a major improvement on my condition. Rachel and Natalie met me at the front desk and were very personable and nice. I had Rachel take care of me and she was absolutely wonderful. Very thorough with explaining the equipment and answered all of my questions. She tailored the appointment to cater to my specific pain points which I hugely appreciated. If you have sciatica I recommend their rolling table and vibration chairs on top of the cryo. Signed up for weekly appointments after the first one. Will recommend to all my friends and family who need recovery or pain management.

I would give Cryo Nation 10 Stars if I could! What a great place! The girls that I’ve come to know …. Natalie, Brittany, and Rachel …. are so knowledgeable and helpful. And what’s more, they are super kind and encouraging. I’ve been coming 3x/week for about 2 months and my routine is freeze, then vibration plate, leg compression, oxygen, and roller table….. all available with a membership. The reason I had even started cryo is that I had been sick and labs showed that inflammation was extremely high, measuring 1100 (highest normal is 140). A friend told me that cryo decreases inflammation. So I thought I’d add it to my inflammation reduction routine. After 4 weeks of cryo, I retested and inflammation was greatly reduced from 1100 to 5. That’s no typo. Five!!!! Needless to say, HIGHLY recommend CryoNation!!

My husband and I had an incredible experience with Cryo Nation! From start to finish, the session was energizing, refreshing, and left us both feeling amazing. The facility was clean, welcoming, and very professional, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed right away. A special thank-you to Rachel, our cryotherapist, who was absolutely outstanding. She explained the process clearly, answered all of our questions, and guided us with such warmth and professionalism. Rachel’s expertise and genuine care truly made the experience exceptional. We can’t recommend this place enough—and if you go, ask for Rachel! She turned a great experience into an outstanding one.
