Good gosh! This has got to be the worse experience of my life! Management is rude and I’m so tired of the sales pitch EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in!!! Definitely cancelling my membership immediately!

I went to glo to get a tan for prom. The staff was very nice until I was paying, she told me it would be 20$ and i was surprised because that’s very cheap she had me sign which i thought was consent for my tan since i'm a minor. everything went well until I got a 20$ charge on my card and learned the lady who helped me signed me up for a membership without my knowledge. I called to try and get a refund and I was denied. I am very upset about this and 100% will not be coming back to this tanning salon. I fell like the staff took advantage since i’m a minor. like i said i was never informed that i was signed up for a membership.
