Maria was the best! Very knowledgeable and great customer service! We bought my son a new 4 wheeler and very happy with the purchase!
I recently purchased an ATV from Dallas Powersports, and JJ provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. JJ is truly great to work with, and I appreciate his professionalism and support. Highly recommended!
I bought the adult go cart last Friday and spent 4K, it broke down a day later due to no oil and chain was loose so the chain broke off. They said we will come back and get it but i have to pay the delivery man after already paying them 150 to deliver it. They supposedly fix it and bring it back and I give them another 150. Before I let him leave I test drives it and it breaks down again !!! Don’t do it !!!! Overpriced and not worth the nightmare that comes with it. I should of went with my first mind and went to the other place I had in mind
jj was extremely helpful at helping me find a scooter that I need for my everyday commute back and forth to work. gave me a phenomenal price and was very professional with not trying to oversell me and showing me the difference between budget and extreme. definitely highly recommend
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! i REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "DEALERSHIP"!! THE OWNER AND HIS CRONY Q ARE ABSOLUTE CON MEN AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED! I bought an off-brand (the only kind they offer) 250cc road bike thinking it would be a good deal as it's just a transmission, wheels, and engine right? Wrong. I made my purchase without the opportunity to test drive, which meant that I was unaware that there was an issue with the fuel injection system. This was bad enough to cause me to stall out while idle and out of gear, usually at a traffic light, which has never happened to me on any other bike. It came to a head when it stalled in motion and caused me to land on my ankle. Bad enough, but I guess I didn't learn my lesson as I listened to Q's promises that it was just a faulty bike (they assembled it in-house). So I went back and was given a BRAND NEW one, same model. The same issue persisted, only it seemed much worse this time. I brought it back, they rebuilt the engine and charged me, citing some ridiculous requirement that I keep it under like 20mph for the first 1000 miles. I've never heard of anything like that, neither had my friends who also ride. Granted, I was still new and stupid. The issue never went away, I just learned to ride with it despite how dangerous it was because I needed transportation. Mind you, I explained my needs IN GREAT DETAIL to Q as I was a first time buyer and he said it should have no issue. So I cross the 1000 mile threshold and take it on the highway for the first time. It blows out while I'm not even redlining it. I have to pay for towing and at this point I'm fed up with dealing with the bike and Q's promises. I hadn't had it for a month at this point. I explained everything and Q refused to give a refund, saying it was my fault and that I didn't know how to ride. So I went to the DMV and filed a lemon law complaint. THE MANUFACTURER THEMSELVES responded and said it was ridiculous that I hadn't been given a refund. Let that sink in. THE MAKER OF THE BIKE HAD TO PRESSURE THE DEALERSHIP TO GIVE BACK MY MONEY. I'm not rich, I wasn't riding for sport. I needed a way to get to work from my grandmother's. And every step of the way this dealership tried to take advantage of me. The owner was even ballsy enough to be rude and misogynic towards my 80 year old grandmother, who was driving me back and forth to deal with this. Long story short, if you can read this, please please please take my advice and go ANYWHERE else. I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage of, especially those who don't speak English as well.
