I've been coming to this Dekra station ever since it opened. Maybe I've just been lucky but I've always received fast & friendly service. I just had the emissions inspection today & David couldn't have been more professional & friendly.

Posted prices are deceptive. Was charged over $100 for an oil change when the posted price on the wall was $79.99 (which is already on the high side for a synthetic change.) Will never go here again.

Garbage tactics are being used. They allow you to buy groupon to get you to come in, but when you get here, they tell you they dont accept groupon. Wasting people's time.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES OVERCHARGED FOR FEES ETC JUST FOR A SIMPLY OIL CHANGE. The worker in the glasses is such a terrible person. Terrible customer service. Waited 40 minutes for a simple oil change mind you I was the only one there😂AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I will be reviewing this place with my TikTok and YouTube followers

Made me take off my tint but the employees here have windshield tint on their vehicles. They charged me first, then tell me it failed due to the window tint. Why couldn’t they tell me prior like all the other places around here.
