Terrible service! I've been getting my car repairs done there for years! I had an appointment this morning for a tire and oil change. I took the time to call this week to mention that my horn wasn't working! At the end, when I went to pay, they told me they didn't have time and didn't even bother to look at it! That's it for me, I won't be doing business there again!

I booked my appointment online, and there was no indication that there would be an additional charge for mounting tires and rims purchased elsewhere. This was only revealed to me once I arrived. This lack of transparency completely destroyed my trust. The service was adequate, but I won't be returning.

I came in for a simple windshield crack repair. Without asking, they added two extra repairs and an extra $50 to the bill. No call, no authorization—they decide for you and then charge you. When I protested, the staff was aggressive and disrespectful. Very bad experience. Be careful, they add services without your agreement. I do not recommend them at all.

After a minor mix-up during a tire change, the sales associate and the branch manager provided excellent service. They responded quickly and demonstrated a genuine commitment to finding solutions. This level of customer focus was much appreciated.
