Best studio in the city. Great staff and an incredible array of gear to choose from. Studio A sounds great and is super comfortable as well. A lot of legends and recording history here for a reason!
Different Fur is truly special. I’ve been extremely satisfied with every song I’ve recorded there (about 20 songs so far). There’s a vibe which is so unique and hard to put into words. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a studio environment. I travel to San Francisco multiple times a year to record there and don’t plan on stopping any time soon. I usually work with Lien, who is amazing at what she does. Every song I bring there comes to life in magical ways - blows me away every time. If you’re looking to record in the Bay Area, Different Fur won’t disappoint!
Best studio I've ever been to! Also located in my favorite place in SF which is THE MISSION!!!
Recorded at Different Fur with Grace a few years ago. The experience was fun and comfortable. Grace was so efficient and wanted to help us accompdate our budget so much that we were able to record a whole album in a day. Final product sounded great and I'll always cherish it! Cannot stress enough how it was a safe and special place.
