I’ve been a discount customer for 11 years, this is not my usual discount tire I go to. When walking in most employee seemed to be in a bad mood. Manager angel seemed to set the tone with that. I dropped my car off with a nail in my car, I inflated it before leaving to make it easier for them. I returned an hour and a half later and my car hadn’t moved. About two minutes after pulling back up an employee came to get my car. At that point tire PSI was at 0. I asked if they can inflate it a little before moving. The employee went inside and that’s when manager Angel came out shaking his head. He informed me they couldn’t inflate my tire to move it across the parking lot. He said it wouldn’t cause damage and that they do it all the time. He said if I can an air compressed I can inflate it myself. I said sure I’ll do that and he immediately turned around and went back inside. I also notice there was a visible difference on how he responded to male customer compared to female customers. Female customer got little eye contact and minimal questioning regarding their reason for their visit. Female customers were just put on a wait list.

Joey was my guardian angel the day I came into discount tire. His customer service was impeccable. I have bought my tires for all the cars I've owned here. The employees are attentive, courteous, and just the best all around. Keep up the good work peeps!!! GREAT JOB Y'ALL!!!

Customer service at this location was subpar. The wait time was really long and I was not informed how long from the agents, I had to look it up on the app. It was an hour and half, which is not the problem, I understand they had a lot of cars in cue. However, the person who signed me in told me not to leave the store while I waited, which was a ridiculous request considering there was no seating available. I left to run errands and returned based on the updates from the app, which was very seamless and convenient for me and the staff. There was minimal wait once I returned based on the time the app predicted. However, when I got home, I noticed the staff that returned my spare tire to my trunk left a big mess in my trunk. They literally just threw my spare haphazardly into the compartment and didn’t place the cover over the tire properly. There was nothing else in my trunk so it was noticeable that they just threw it back in without even trying to put it back in its place correctly. I just hope they didn’t rush fixing my flat (it had a nail). So far I haven’t had problems with the repair, it’s been a little over a week but I was disappointed with the customer service, as I have been to this location before and have received better treatment. I hope staff can be more customer service oriented again.

Came in today with my brand new car that had unfortunately got a nail in the tire after only having the car for a few weeks. I was going to replace the tire with a cheap tire just because the tire set thats already on the car are very expensive. I talked to Angel about the situation and he expressed that he would prefer to just patch the tire since the tire was a much better quality than the one i purchased. He said the price I paid for the lower quality tire is the same I would pay for a tire warranty, which covers all 4 of my tires to be replaced or repaired if anything happens to them! So we agreed to have me pay for just the warranty and get my tire patched rather than paying for a low quality tire that wouldnt perform as well. I’m so glad that he brought this up to me, because now I get to keep my nice tires and I have coverage on ALL my tires if I ever need to get them replaced or fixed! No questions asked! Angel was so kind and informative. Amazing customer service.
