Fantastic experience! I was in and out quickly, they were professional and energetic. I didn’t feel any pressure on my choice or experience any attempt at upselling or additional services. Chris was super nice and helpful. 10/10!

Shout out to Nate (I believe it was Nate)and Colby. I had been to Joseph Toyota for regular service and was told I had an irreparable puncture in my tire. $ 250 for a similar tire and they could do it there now or 2 days to get my correct tire but it would be more expensive due to new labor charges. I got tires in July so I told Toyota I would take it to Discount Tire. I rolled in at 5:35 (they close at 6). Nate took care of me right away. I was told at Toyota the tire was my back left now since the rotation and oil change. Nate went out to look, he found a screw in my front driver side. I did clarify at Toyota what tire it was now and they reiterated 3x the back left AFTER the rotation. Nate had all the tires checked, only the front driver had an issue. The two screws they found were removed and the tire patched. Colby came and got me explained things and I left at 5:55pm. I was treated with respect and not charged due to the warranty. No hassle, no come back tomorrow, etc. Thank you so much gentleman. I will be back and I will recommend you.

Best experience I’ve ever had buying tires. Chris helped me through the whole process, kind, professional, and extremely informative! I got multiple quotes from different stores and they had the best deal for great tires. Same day I called, they had them there and installed! Highly recommend and will go back when needed! This has been my go-to tire shop for 2 years now, it's been nothing but excellent from start to finish at every visit. As many other reviewers are pointing out, the warm professionalism in customer service is particularly exceptional; almost to the point it feels uncanny in comparison to the service interactions at most places these days - not just at auto shops, but any business in general. As a team leader at my own work place, I'm always driving the point that investing in and incentivizing high standards pays for itself in the long run. I hope the whole team here is well taken care of and I'm sure they are, as I believe this is the only way to achieve these standards.

Discount Tire was recommended to me by my coworker after I had a poor experience with trying to get a tire changed at my dealership and then Tire Discounters. The staff were very professional and kind. The service was same day and extremely fast, less than an hour total. The price was great and less than I was expecting for new tire, maintenance, fees, and warranty. I would now HIGHLY RECOMMEND Discount Tire and they will be the only business my family uses for tire services.
