Discount Tires did a good job on: getting new tires on my Xterra, getting the TPMS issues addressed, and get the alignments done right. I'm leaving 4 stars because the work quality of wheel balancing is subpar. Seems like I always face this issue with the franchise Discount Tire when it comes to this specific issue. I'm not sure if it's the equipments they're using? I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere and the result is pretty bad, like around 4-6oz of off-balance (see picture). The tech from a different shop mentioned that some of the old balancing weight was left there too.

I came in because what i figured was a bad sensor. Tire light on, air pressure and all was good...I was correct. They replaced the sensor, light still on, figured maybe it just needed to be reset. Brought it back to them...apparently it needs another sensor replaced which they didnt let me know, but they told me they knew that already when they were replacing the 1st one. So go in for them to get the light to go off and they failed to do that. They gave it back with the tire light still on and no explanation until i drove back in to the store to figure it out. cool I was told they tried calling me but I got 0 calls. Its the lack of communication and letting me know things thats the issue. Just be like "hey... a 2nd sensor is bad, lets replace this at same time"....instead they just handed me the car back failing to get the tire light to go off, not letting me know and doing half the job i wanted. Now i have to find time to carve out like i already did to get the other replaced :/

Hello, I visited your store couple days ago because one of my tires was slowly losing air, and I simply wanted it checked. Your representative inspected the tire within no time and told me there were two nails in it that couldn’t be repaired, then immediately recommended that I purchase a new tire. I felt something was off, so I decided to get a second opinion at a nearby garage. They thoroughly examined the tire and confirmed that there were no nails at all, and that the tire was perfectly fine aside from having lost some air. I’m disappointed with the experience, as it felt like I was being misled. I hope this can be looked into so other customers don’t encounter the same issue. Please address this with your team. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the associates name. I cannot blame the entire store for someone who is misleading the customers for his own targets or benefits. But I request the management to look into these kind of activities from representatives assisting customers. I was under the impression that whatever you recommend customers is the best, but its an eye opener for me from this situation. I recommend customers to look into the recommendations provided by representatives and proceed especially when it comes to exchanging tires for small reasons.

Fast and reliable service. My front driver side tire had a screw in it and the tire was under warranty still. They said if they couldn't fix it or plug that they would replace the tire for free under the warranty. I was there with my 2 year old son. It was probably a total of 40 minutes. I was in and out. Not long at all... Great group of guys there at that tire shop. Great work ethics and very professional and attentive. I am not from that area was just down the road for a doctor's appointment. Im really glad I found their shop 1 mile out..

4/24/2025 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Went to Discount Tire today for a tire rotation. When I walked in, the young man helping me said it’d be about an hour wait. I said okay, no problem. 😌 But as soon as he checked me in, he told me, “The system just updated—45 minutes now!” 🎉 I was pretty happy about that. So, I decided to hang out in my SUV with my wife while our baby slept. 👶🚗 But then, barely 2 minutes later, there was a knock on my window! 🤯 It was the same young man, and he said, “We’re ready for you!” 😂 I was completely shocked by the speed. So, we took our daughter inside to the waiting room (where she stayed asleep!), and not even 5-10 minutes later, the technician came in and said, “Larkin, your car’s ready!” 🚗💨 We were floored by how lightning fast the service was. Incredible experience all around! ⚡️🚗
