Great Car Wash Experience! I had an excellent experience at this car wash. The staff was friendly and professional, and my car came out spotless—inside and out. They paid attention to the details, and the service was fast without feeling rushed. Definitely worth it, and I’ll be coming back again!

I don't understand why some people are giving this place a hard time. I've washed my car here numerous times without any issues. The staff is pretty cool and always friendly. The place is well-managed, and the service is top-notch. In my experience, they deserve 5 stars for consistently delivering a great car wash and oil change experience.

It was a little overpriced, butCary did an amazing job cleaning my car at the Preston Park location. I usually wash my car myself, but will definitely bring it here more often. Thanks for letting it shine!

1st time to try this place and explained to the guy taking my money that drives me crazy that car washes charge so much and can't get the windows clean! Biggest thing on the car and they can't get them clean! Well Car Spa can't either. Inside they did a great job. However, front windshield inside and out not clean! Smears and rear mirrors also not clean & I never saw them even touch the back of my car. In fact, its quite clear they didn't clean any of the windows except the drivers side! They were very nice but didn't do the job I paid them $40 to do! The search continues. I've tried 15 different full service car washes and not a one of them get my windows clean ever! This place off the list! Cross town not worth the drive!

I recently got my car washed and detailed at this location, and while $40 may seem steep for a wash and detail, it’s absolutely worth it. The level of care and attention to detail they provide is unmatched, especially compared to the $10 washes where I usually have to finish the job myself. Cary did an incredible job; my car was spotless and streak-free, inside and out. The facility itself is impeccably clean, which adds to the overall experience. I highly recommend this spot to anyone and will definitely be bringing my car back here again.
