via Google I’ve been a loyal customer of this Discount Tire location for years, but the service I received today truly set a new standard. I want to give a huge shoutout to Jelani for providing absolutely exceptional customer service from start to finish. He made sure I fully understood every product and service being offered, answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and never once made me feel rushed, even though it was well past closing time. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to making sure I was completely satisfied made a huge difference.
I also want to recognize Marvin, who stayed late to complete the alignment on my vehicle after my tire purchase. Not only did he take the time to do the job thoroughly, but he also personally walked me into the shop to show me a part that was preventing the alignment from being perfectly dialed in. Because of him, I could see the issue with my own eyes and was able to forward the clear images and his detailed explanation to my mechanic. That kind of transparency and expertise is rare, and I appreciate it more than I can say.
Both Jelani and Marvin went far above and beyond, long after closing, to ensure my safety, my understanding, and my complete satisfaction. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for customers are exactly why I’ve trusted this location for so many years.

Discount tire is the one stop solution and yes they also bought tirerack. I only needed rear wheel tires so I didn't qualify for any of those flashy black Friday deals, therefore I chose to come in on the following Tuesday. The service was superb. I was quoted for 90 minute wait and they got the job done in 45 which cut my very leisure lunch short next door. Would use them primarily in the future unless another retailer can dethrone them :) keep up the good work
Also I'm pretty sure these guys installed 4 metal stem caps completely on my Mercedes that matched the color of the wheel and car without a word. Fully deserving of a shooting ✨ review.

I want to share my outstanding experience with Discount Tire and especially highlight the exceptional service provided by Josue and his team. I’ve now purchased tires for both my 2023 Toyota Tundra and my 2005 Jeep Wrangler from this location, and each time they’ve gone above and beyond to take care of me.
On my Tundra, I initially chose a larger tire size and drove on them for about a day and a half. I quickly realized they were too big for my comfort. Josue advised me on what would work best, and thanks to the 30-day Ride Guarantee I purchased, I was able to return the tires with no problem. That guarantee is one of the best deals Discount Tire offers — it truly allows you to try a set of tires, and if they don’t fit your needs, you can bring them back.
Most recently, I purchased Falken AT4W all-terrain tires for my Jeep Wrangler. Even though the size I chose wasn’t the stock size, I gave them a try. After driving on them for a day or two, I noticed a slight rubbing issue with my turning radius. Once again, the 30-day Ride Guarantee saved me. I returned to the store, and Josue and his management team assisted me with zero hesitation. Even though the sizing choice may have been my mistake, they treated me with respect, patience, and professionalism.
I say with confidence that if I had bought these tires anywhere else — especially from a small roadside shop — I wouldn’t have had this kind of protection or service. Discount Tire’s package and policies make a huge difference, and this specific location delivers on every part of it.
But the biggest reason I keep coming back is Josue. He is simply exceptional. He listens, he understands people, he gives honest advice, and he always puts both the customer and the company first. It’s rare these days to find someone in business who truly cares — not just about numbers, but about people. Because of that, I believe Josue is a future leader in this company. He deserves to be promoted, and I can absolutely see him running his own store, overseeing his own region, or even owning multiple locations one day. He is a true asset to Discount Tire.
To put it plainly: I don’t recommend any other location but this one. They treat you like family, they stand behind their products, and they consistently go the extra mile.

Pink Piggy Pickupvia Google Sincerest thanks to Marvin & William! I am the owner of Pink Piggy Pickup and I noticed that the tire on our famous trailer was low.
I had no idea where to take a trailer so I had some kind people help me change it in and put the flat tire in the back of the trailer bed.
Today after I working for the day I pulled into this discount tire and I wasn't sure if they even would work on trailer tires or if I needed to go to a truck stop or something. Marvin was very kind and he helped me even though I pulled into his air check line because I didn't know where else to park.
He let me park in the area in front so that I would have enough room for the Pink Piggy and he even helped as I backed her up.
William replaced tire and even dismounted our spare tire and put it back in its proper place and reinstall our original tire.
