I used to love this place. I’ve purchased over 8 sets of tires from this location. Everything has changed now. Three weeks ago, from the moment I walked in, I was pressured to buy four new tires when all I needed was a simple nail removal/repair. Instead of fixing it, they proceeded to damage my tire, leaving me with no option but to purchase two new tires. It felt forced and completely unnecessary. While I was there, I also watched employees repeatedly push new rims and tires on other customers who clearly didn’t need them. It came across as aggressive upselling rather than honest service. To make matters worse, I brought in another vehicle with higher-end tires. I was told the tires on it were “no longer available,” which would supposedly require replacing all four tires for nearly $4,500. That didn’t sit right with me. I called my authorized dealer, who had no issue sourcing the exact two tires I needed, saving me thousands of dollars. This experience felt deceptive, high-pressure, and untrustworthy. I will never return and strongly recommend going elsewhere if you want honest advice and fair service.

Order all 4 tires online and placed the appointment online next day with ease. Team was very friendly and forward with the process and tread evaluation. Our check in tech even suggested since one of the tires was still on a very good tread range to have it mounted as a spare. We were unable to buy a rim at time of service but he had the team place it in the back so we could mount it in the future. Bailey was our close out tech who checked out our alignment. It was needed and he was able to process it as a separate ticket due to the tires being an affirm payment. Not even 24 hours, we found the rear passenger had become flat. We returned and Bailey was on the counter. He evaluated, got our vehicle expedited due to our receiving service yesterday and personally handled the reinstallation. He was very supportive and made sure since it was a new install that we had no additional cost. That personal support from the techs and the ease of purchase online make Discount Tire on Laskin Road my recommendation for anyone who needs to replace their tires.

Aaron made our experience fantastic. I’m so glad he helped us last week. I showed up with a concern about deteriorating back tires (dry rot and uneven wear diagnosed by another shop), and Aaron quickly addressed the issue and proposed an excellent solution. You can tell the management empowers their employees because of their fast acting problem solving skill and customer service skills. We were in and out of the shop in less time than they anticipated (roughly 30 minutes) for 2 new tires. And he gave us a great deal, which we appreciate. Customer service like Aaron’s makes us want to come back!! I’d also like to shout out David, Bailey, and Adrian for their help addressing another issue I was seen in store for (metal object in tire/flat tire). They had great communication and customer service skills as well!

Best prices in town but every time I have them mount and balance tires I quickly regret it. This time was damage, I properly balanced and the most annoying ticking sound. Staff is super nice but holy damn they need better training or something. I understand that the people are just breaking into the automotive field but managers should quality check better. Will not be having them mount or balance my tires ever again.

What a great place to do business. Aaron was extremely patient and helpful. I knew pretty much what I wanted and with his assistance and amazing prices on both the wheels I wanted and the tires I wanted I made the decision to get them ordered for next day installation. Aaron called me earlier than I expected and said he had everything in already and did I want to come right in. Got there gave him the keys and within an hour they text me saying it was ready for pickup. As I drove past my new truck and saw the new wheels and tires I was excited. Went in and Aaron got me checked out , made sure I knew about all the perks that come with purchasing from them. I've done a lot of business with a near by competitors and I did check with them to see if they would at least match the price and they said they couldn't touch it. So now I'm a Discout Tire Customer.
