Outstanding! Best customer service I've received in years! Sam is excellent at listening, communicating, and is friendly, yet efficient! His whole team was working hard but with a light-hearted efficiency! A real teamwork atmosphere! I thought the days of this level of care were behind us , but Sam has renewed my faith! I will return, I will recommend, and I will refer! Thank you Sam, for making me feel appreciated!

This location, and Sam in particular, was incredibly patient and helpful. I went with my partner and Sam gave us the best service possible. Prior to this, we had went to another tire shop that gave us a negative experience. I asked them if they could take an extra look at the wheel, TPMS sensor, or even dismount the wheel to check for anything inside the tire. The other store thought I didn’t know what I was talking about and did not want to help us further than just looking at the tire. Sam made me feel heard about the concerns and was able to locate the problem with the tire. He remembered our names and gave us constant updates. His tech was also very kind when talking to us. 11/10 experience and we will always return to this specific location. Visiting his store made our day. Thank you Sam and discount tire for making things so easy. 😊

Huge shout-out to Alex and the team for AMAZING customer service! I came in to get a nail removed from my tire along with a rebalance and rotation. Even though the balance ended up being a little off, I came back later that same day and Alex immediately took care of it. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got my car straight into a bay with no hesitation. Alex was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. I really appreciated how they stood behind their work and made it right right away. This is exactly the kind of service that keeps customers coming back — I highly recommend this place!

I had such a great experience at this Discount Tire location! They were super busy when I arrived, but every single person was kind, patient, and attentive. Even with the rush, they made sure I was taken care of the same day. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated how smoothly everything ran. Very fast and great customer service. Sam the manager is very helpful and easy to work with. The tires I ordered went out of stock and he gave me a slightly upgraded in stock tire at no additional cost. Wonderful customer service at this store.
