I told the older man I needed to keep my rim and switch the tread on my tire with an alignment because my Alignment is making my tread wear fast he only witched the wheel with the one I brought it’s oem but cracked in 2 places and not safe enough to drive on told me to drive off with that or pay extra for removal swap and installing I don’t know if he thought I was dumb but he said all his techs are certified and couldn’t work with me on the extra charge I was actually on the phone with my unc at the time n he heard me say very clearly what I needed I just needed a new tire honestly but I had one already so I didn’t need to buy a new one and they still tried to get me I ended up going to broncos tire shop and got it done for cheaper any confusion they had we worked it out right away I’m black but my family from Panama I speak Spanish i know for a fact they were tryna rip me Stole my change out my cup holder :( -found out im missing like 2.50$ in quarters for my laundry later definitely wouldn’t recommend or come back

They put the wrong tire on my car when I said it was wrong they wanted to charge me to take it off and still don't know for sure if they carry my sized tires. Also they say they open at 10 but they show up when they feel like it. No one greets you, the older man is very rude. I would steer clear of this tire shop and shop elsewhere.

Went in on Sunday around 11am and only took 30min to get my sedan tire patched. Service was quick and polite with no issues. $25 felt like a great price for the quick service. They didn't try to upsell me on anything or push me into buying new tires or get any other checks.
