District capital services was great. Responded swiftly, were very communicative and arrived on time. They were very good at explaining things and didn’t try to keep selling up. It was more personal and less “large chain” feeling. After 2-3 really poor experiences with some more branded plumbing companies, this was by far the best experience.

Great service! We called because our basement was flooding with sewage after a heavy storm, and they had a plumber at our house within half an hour. He was thorough and fairly communicative, and managed to forcibly eject both a ball and a tree root that were causing the blockages, saving us a much more expensive repair. I really don’t know what we would have done otherwise; I’m very happy with the service we received. While it was not cheap, they were very upfront about their prices and did not upcharge us even though the blockage was more intense than initially assumed, which I respect and appreciate, and I feel that we got excellent service for our money. Our plumber also was helpful in mentioning potential future repairs that would benefit our home, and estimating prices. I will be recommending District Capital Services to any of my friends who need plumbing, emergency or otherwise!
