Haynes Plumbing was first recommended to me 5 years ago from my WSSC water company warranty. Because they did such an outstanding job, I requested them again to handle this project. They responded to snake my basement floor drain. There was no charge due to me having the warranty through my water company.

I had an excellent experience with Haynes Plumbing and highly recommend them. They came out to clear a main water drain, and the technician actually arrived earlier than the scheduled time, which I really appreciated. Before arriving, the technician called to fully understand the issue, which showed great attention to detail and professionalism from the start. When he realized the initial equipment wasn’t long enough, he left, came back with the proper equipment, and made sure the job was completely and correctly done. No shortcuts.

This plumbing company is highly recommended for their exceptional service. They arrived on time actually a little earlier than ETA and showed great professionalism and attention to detail. The explanation of the issue was clear and the slow drainage and water backup in the kitchen sink was quickly resolved.
