Brought my aging car in for an electrical problem, received a full diagnostic review of what was needed and what would be good to do for the car, along with pricing. The pricing was not unreasonable. While I opted to just deal with the immediate issue, I appreciate the thoroughness in their approach.

Downing Street Garage is my go-to. They’re local, they work hard for your business, they give my car a thorough going over each time I’m in for my 6 month oil change, never any pressure, just respectful and courteous service. My car hums like a youngster!
Excellent Servicwe , great prices. I called head about patching my tire because I wasnt sure if they could, and they asured me they could. Estimated an hour, was in and out in 20! I wish I had gotten my cashier/Techs name. Excellent service.I what other people for services and they are very reasonable. If I need more servies I will be back.
Honestly a despicable business that has a target on anyone without vehicle knowledge. This crooked, backyard chop shop took my friends vehicle in to check out the AC system. Attached is their so called “service report” detailing the “work” performed. I looked into the system after my friend was told that the ac system was a total loss and EVERY COMPONENT in the system needed replaced..according to Downing Street Garage. Upon my legitimate troubleshooting of the system I found that the cable to the temperature control was not connected. The friend had recently had a new radio installed and the cable had failed to be connected when that work was done. I visited their shop twice to seek further information on this repair prior to my inspection. Upon both visits the manager was nowhere to be found and their service writers boldly lied to my face about having additional service repair notes and weren’t capable of sharing. The shop front desk clerk also stated that they must have just “forgotten” to include, all this while no additional information was ever provided. Shops like this deserve to be well know for what they are. Despicable, lowly hoards of individuals who wait around to take advantage of innocent customers with little to no vehicle knowledge. Find somewhere else or get read to be screwed over.
