I showed up a few minutes late but within their 10 minute grace period but was turned away. They weren’t able to do a shorter service or really anything. Clearly understaffed and overbooked. It’s get that it’s the holidays but this experience was unprofessional. I’m a longtime Dry bar client and expect better. I’ll be going to a different location or elsewhere from now on.

It was a big day for me and my friend attending the Emmy’s. This establishment called us the morning of and canceled both of our appointments and left us scrambling to find something else very last minute. It threw us off all day and I even missed my makeup appointment :( I’ve contacted them several times after and I never got anything compensated due to their own issues. Very disappointed overall. Do not recommend!!

I want to warn other members. Drybar’s system auto-canceled my Downtown LA appointment (the app showed canceled and I received a cancellation email). Because of that, I booked Culver City instead, got my blowout, and used one credit. Later on, Downtown LA marked the canceled appointment as a no-show and removed my second monthly credit for a blowout I NEVER received. West Third confirmed both credits were “used,” even though I only had one service this month. I’ve emailed and called multiple times to get the no-show removed and my credit restored, but no one has fixed it yet. This is a billing error caused by their system, and it should not be this difficult to correct.

I'm really disappointed with this place and the management. Save your time and look elsewhere. I've been a member for over two years, and every time I book an appointment here, I find myself waiting 10 to 15 minutes before they even start on my hair. Today, I happened to be eight minutes late, and they flat-out refused to do my hair, even though the place was empty. The front desk informed me that the manager, who was supposed to handle my appointment, wouldn’t take me. It’s the same place that keeps me waiting every time, yet they won’t accommodate me when I'm a little late. I strongly advise against going here! The service isn't even that great!
