Do NOT waste your time and book a service here. I have been scammed out of nearly $500 by them. I am a monthly member of a dry bar in Orlando and know how they operate. Our experience was horrific and is still ongoing. Booked in on a Sunday at 11am arrived early and all the doors of the fashion show mall were closed as it didn’t open until 11 and got no notice of this. Finally made it and they took us a little earlier which was nice of them. It was my sisters wedding day and we told them this. She asked for the Hollywood wave she has long hair. Stylist said she would “try”. In the end she couldn’t achieve the desired look and my sister the bride asked her just to pin it up at which point she said it’ll be an extra $15. We said fine and she pinned it up to my sisters dismay. My own blow out I asked for big and bouncy curls. The stylist did not use a curling iron and before I even left the store my hair was poked straight. When we went to pay we had a $50 gift card. I noticed it had t been taken off when I went to pay and the checkout staff girl argued and said it was. She therefore ran my CC for $250. I asked for a receipt and noticed the gift card in fact was actually not applied. I asked her why and she started panicking and calling someone. I stood there for 30 mins while she tried to rectify her mistake. Then a very rude manager walked in and stated that she had issued me a refund for the $250 and I would have to pay again for the correct amount minus the $50. I asked for a refund receipt and she assured me she would email it (she never did). We then told her how disappointed that on my sisters wedding day the stylists couldn’t achieve our desired looks or even as much offer us a glass of water in the over 2 hours we were there. She didn’t seem to care and then demanded I run my CC again to pay. I did for the second amount of nearly $200. She said the refund could take a week. I called 4 days later and she was unable to come to the phone as she was busy when I noticed there was no refund pending on the card. I then phoned a week later to be told she wasn’t in work yet and would call me as soon as she arrived. She never did. Absolute disgrace and joke of a business and I would warn all customers and Brides to be to find an alternative hairdresser. I also noticed while we were getting styled a customer beside us who had to wait 45 mins to pay as their systems were down she even had to ask the stylist Zelle information to tip. What is going on in this place? Corporate office take note! So we are back from Vegas and over a week since our service and still no refund and nearly $500 charge on my card for 2 sub par blow outs. Shocking. The fact that the manager can’t respond to me has now lead me to open a dispute with my CC company and come on here to warn others so they don’t experience the same. If I could give ZERO stars I would! Shame on you!

Worst experience the staff was horrible extremely rude not to mention they charged my friend and I $220 when they quoted us $45 for blowout $20 for having extentions not to mention the hair stylist was burning my head and didn’t even do tight curls

I had a 3:15 PM appt and arrived on time, yet I wasn’t seated until 3:40 PM, waiting 25 minutes while clients who arrived after me were served first. The scheduling system was clearly mismanaged, and the front desk staff seemed untrained on how to prioritize existing reservations. The environment was equally disorganized. The music was blasted so loud that staff had to yell across the salon just to communicate, which made for a stressful, unprofessional experience. The only reason this is a 2-star review instead of 1 is that the stylist gave me what I asked for. However, if you are looking for a reliable appt or a professional atmosphere, look elsewhere. This location needs serious management intervention regarding their booking workflow and staff training.

The girl that did my hair was so sweet and did a beautiful job. My hair is long and thick and doesn't hold curl well. Happy to report they stayed all night. I took off one star because my appointment was at 5 and I didn't get in the chair until 5:20. It was a dry style, which is a 20-minute appointment. With dinner reservations at 6, we ended up being late for dinner, then also to a concert. I took off a second star because it's way too loud; between the music and hair dryers, I could barely hear a word any of the employees were saying and had to ask them to repeat.

Amazing Experience at Drybar – Highly Recommend! I had an excellent experience at Drybar! I booked an appointment for a hairdo less than 24 hours before, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind in accommodating my last-minute request. The hairdresser was attentive, really listening to my request, and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. She nailed the look – it was exactly what I had in mind. The products used were fantastic, and my updo turned out beautifully. I left feeling completely satisfied with the service and the final result. Highly recommend!
