Extremely annoyed. I went once to get my hair done before a wedding and the girl did a terrible job. Came back for a blow out over a year later and I scheduled dry styling but waited 30 mins for my scheduled appt. When I said I wanted to get it washed they said they couldn’t accommodate me until a later time. Such BS!
