I arrived to this shop a little panicked by my Jeep’s behavior and nervous to have it looked at, but Scott’s friendly, warm, and professional demeanor immediately made me feel calm. It ended up being a minor fix and something that my dad is able to handle on his own, but Scott was so generous to not charge us for his time spent diagnosing the vehicle. I will come back here next time I’m having trouble!
I’ve taken several vehicles to Eagle Transmission over the years, but my old Jeep Wrangler was by far the biggest challenge. After replacing the transmission this past summer, we ran into some stubborn slow fluid leaks that just wouldn’t go away. Scott, the owner, couldn’t have handled it better. He was patient, took the Jeep back without hesitation, and put in countless extra hours to diagnose and fix the issue. Scott communicated frequently, was open and honest about the challenges, and ultimately developed a custom solution that completely solved the problem. His knowledge, expertise, and dedication gave my old Jeep new life. And despite my offer to cover any cost for the additional time & parts, Scott refused to charge me. I’m truly grateful for Scott and trust his entire team at Eagle Transmission. Highly recommend!
Job well done. Scott did an amazing job on my Nissan Altima. I am so glad I found him. He did a great job fixing my transmission. He diagnosed the issue quickly and kept me updated throughout the repair. The car runs smoothly now, and I can definitely feel the difference. I’d recommend Scott to anyone needing reliable transmission work.
I went to this place for the good reviews but left so so disappointed. - First, I dropped my car for a transmission issue on a Thursday morning (9am). They said they would call me the next day (they didn't call, not Friday, not Monday, I had to call them myself on Tuesday). - Second, They then told me I have to pay $750 to get a diagnostic. I was like "wow that expensive" but since they had good reviews, I trusted that. I paid, he then told me it will cost +$4k to fix it :).... I said I cant afford it, and that I want to pick up my car. Guess what? The $750 I paid only covered taking the transmission out and doing the diagnostic, it didn't cover putting it back into the car???? what? Why didn't they mention that before? I had to get my car towed with the ignition, battery and filter in my trunk because they didn't put anything back in the place where it should be. This was my personal experience, maybe other people got treated better, but I feel like I wasted my time and money.
