A man at the front helped me find a sample that wasn’t in the rack. He was really nice. Another time a woman helped me with find a product and she was also kind and knowledgeable. Store looks clean and well kept! Selection is great! Thank you!

Typically have a good experience here but can’t say I’ll be back after several cuts were found on my doggo and Pam (the groomer) did not mention it when I picked her up. I would understand if it were just a little nic or two but the ones inside her ears were deep enough to bother her as she kept trying to shake her head, and just look at the blood. How do you cut the same exact spot twice???? Just disappointed. Edit: In response to this businesses response that doesn’t let me respond again— This is false. This is the second time this year that my dog has been groomed at your business & since context matters in your defending of cutting my dog, we no longer live in the area & that’s why we go there infrequently. We mostly take her in our city that we now live in. Regardless, it is unacceptable behavior. Yes she was slightly matted, not nearly enough to be cut multiple times on her head & ears. Still, you charged me $30 extra in fees for “dematting” but I guess you skipped that part & went straight into shaving her & cutting her. Hope this helps!

Earthwise was opened after my old dog took a step into the marsh water! Nice accommodating self bath stations for dogs. It was great for my old St. Bernard with a walk up non slip ramp. I like the soap dispense with the water too! Then a clear water rinse. I was told about the promo days for using the stations. Nice atmosphere and picked up some treats for the dog too! I recommend Earthwise!

I decided to take my Labrador Retriever to try out their self-wash area, and I have to say it was worth the drive and the price. The lady working there was so nice and helpful. It was great not having to bend over my own tub! Their shampoo and rinse system was perfect, with great water pressure to really get into her coat. I also loved that they had a dryer, so I was able to get her completely dry. I definitely recommend this place to anyone with a dog especially if you hate bending over your tub at home. Everything about this place is worth it!
